I requested prayer for Nate who was in a wreck and his car broke in 1/2. He’s went through multiple surgeries and is alive and home recovering. Thank you Jesus! Also Wes Gregory was in the hospital with a bad stroke. He is alive and home.

Lord thank You for this day and for Gene and my healthy eating plan and that James is doing better. I depend solely on You Lord. I know if I surrender to You all things are possible and I will lose weight. Thank You for Joey and my family. I love You
