No matter your age, no matter your current physical condition, Jesus has already provided everything you need for optimum health through His finished work on the Cross. In addition, there is also practical wisdom and steps you can take to feel better and stronger. And TBN wants to be a part of your total-life wellness—spirit, soul and body.

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE FOUNDATION OF HEALTH AND HEALING

  • "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." ~ Isaiah 41:10
  • "Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53: 4-5

10 SIMPLE KEYS FOR BETTER LIVING

1. Renew your mind by taking ownership of the thoughts you allow in.
2. Align your beliefs with God’s promises and speak them out loud daily.
3. Use daily exercise to assist and enhance the body’s systems and processes.
4. Get your Vitamin D by getting several minutes of sunshine each day.
5. Five to fifteen minutes of deep breathing improves the immune system and optimizes oxygen usage.
6. Focus on the quality and quantity of your daily sleep routine. 
7. Eat smaller meals to increase your metabolism and avoid overeating during meals.
8. Revitalize your nutrition and educate yourself by finding what works best for your body.
9. Make sure your body is properly hydrated by drinking water every day.
10. Pray the answers to your problems instead of stressing and worrying.
