Job Title: Director, Program Management
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data using R, Looker, and SQL to identify opportunities and improve processes for management.
- Design and implement operational systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Propose and execute media strategies, leveraging new channels, tools, and technologies to meet client needs.
- Lead agile project management for CDP, including ESP, DSP, marketing attribution, and audience targeting.
- Oversee client campaigns, customer data management, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to standardize media strategies and integrate cross-functional solutions.
- Advise clients on optimizing customer journeys, automating multi-channel marketing programs, and achieving business outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop dashboards and predictive models using R and Python to optimize budgets and campaign performance.
Requirements:
MBA required.
