Full-time Audience Coordinator needed for Trinity Broadcasting Network's flagship ministry program, Praise.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develops creative strategies to recruit and build audiences for Praise tapings.
  • Collaborates with internal and external creative teams to develop promotional content for multi-media platforms.
  • Manages Eventbrite account for Praise tapings (includes invites, registrations, check-out process, etc.)
  • Manages Praise Facebook group and creates content for social media.
  • Updates and sends weekly e-blasts with taping information.
  • Actively builds Praise audience email list and database, using HubSpot.
  • Collaborates with network audience coordinators to implement best practices and maintain consistency.
  • Oversees audience team, checks in attendees, manages traffic, and seats audience in a timely, courteous manner during tapings.
  • Coordinates with security and other staff to ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Projects audience booking numbers for the Praise program producer.
  • Coordinates audience giveaways (including gift baskets, raffles, etc.)
  • Collaborates with audience host to provide needs for pre-shows.
  • Assists with administrative tasks, as needed.  



  • Prior experience with audience coordination for a talk show, preferred.
  • Experience working with CRMs and ESPs (e.g. HubSpot, SalesForce, MailChimp, etc.) required.
  • Experience with design software including Ai, Ps, or Canva.
  • Must be social media savvy and possess a strong knowledge of digital platforms.
  • Proficient in Eventbrite and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional marketing and customer service experience.
  • Experience building relationships with community groups, non-profits, etc.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to perform well under the pressure of a live television production.
